Iconmenu (Puppy-Menu as Wharf)
Iconmenu (Puppy-Menu as Wharf)
The "wharf" is an iconbar from the Afterstep-Desktop.
This is a clone based on imlib2, configured to display the entries from Puppys JWM-menu.
Install, and run it from the menu or by clicking "run-iconmenu" in Rox.
The first start takes some seconds, as it converts some icons.
Personal setup:
To change the backgrond-images and the Startbutton, replace
/root/.iconmenu/icons/background.jpg
/root/.iconmenu/icons/imenu.jpg
with own pictures.
I already added 2 darker ones.
To configure the size and position, edit
/root/.iconmenu/menu-template
Note if you set the last parameter there to "1", the Startbutton will autohide, there just remains a small "line" visible.
If you move the mouse on the line, the buttons apears.
To reload the menu (for example when you installed a new Dotpup), rightclick the startbutton.
Download (60 kb):

Requires PuppyBasic and imlib2 (many people already installed imlib2, and PuppyBasic is part of Puppy since 1.0.6)
Imlib2: http://www.murga.org/~puppy/download.php?id=840
There also is a additional version where you may add own commands:
