Okay, if I did it right only the members of the PLDP user group should be able to see there is a PLDP forum, post to it, read the posts, etc..

Note that PLDP Usergroup members can only see this forum if they are logged in.

Actually, to see the current list of members in the usergroup click on the Usergroups link in the upper right corner of this page (when logged in) and select the usergroup and then you'll see all the current members there.

Yes, you don't even need to be logged in to see the Usergroup membership list. Usergroup members have to be logged in to see the PLDP forum though.
