Configure Puppy to mount devices read-only by default

#1 Post by lehrnux »

Hi everyone, I'm trying to create a Puplet for data recovery/forensics. I can compile the binaries I want and will even make PET packages for anyone else who wants them, but I need to accomplish two things before I proceed futher:
  • 1. Configure Puppy to mount devices read-only by default through ROX or pmount, etc.

    2. Configure Puppy to not auto mount any swap partitions found during boot.
Can someone please point me in the right direction to achieve these goals? I wasn't able to locate the information in the forum.

Thanks.
