gtk+-2.12.1 with xinput enabled

#1 Post by Pizzasgood »

Puppy 4's GTK wasn't compiled with the '--with-xinput' flag, which means people with drawing tablets can still use them like a mouse, but they don't have any of their fancy features like pressure sensitivity or tilt.

So I compiled the same version that's used in Puppy, but added that flag.

WARNING: Installing this will overwrite the GTK you already have installed, so it cannot safely be uninstalled! If you need to revert back, you need to download the original one from here.

gtk+-2.12.1-xinput-debug.pet

EDIT: Recompiled it to also have the --enable-debug option, which prevents Firefox and SeaMonkey from dying on insert (does not correct the bug, just keeps them from dying).

Hmmm Now I'm really tempted to go and buy a tablet, Probably would have to get rid of my 3 " Wico Trackball, it takes too much desktop space. I made a mouse/trackball from a Centipede Trackball a few years back, But its really big and bulky. Anyways thanks for the update. :)
