Hi All,

I saw this thread and fixed the problem. The files will work now.

Best,
Eric

To add...when using Opera web browser for downloads you need to right click on a file and "save linked content as".

This is an Opera problem not my server...or at least I haven't figured out how to get Opera to work like Firefox or Seamomkey.

Best,
Eric

I just started using Dingo and I'm not too fond of Seamonkey. Am I going to see a significant speed decrease by going to Opera? I have Firefox on other machines but I just want to use something else.

Epiphany isn't available for Puppy is it?

Oh no it wasn't - it was that guy in the mirror, again.
Finger trouble. Tools & workman scenario.

My guess is that neither are the great silent majority. Too shy to tell the Dear Leader? Probably realise that nothing is going to change his mind! But, fortunately, there are excellent derivatives with Opera. Try starting with MeanPup.

I dont much like seamonkey either, and although slightly slower, the speed difference isnt enough to keep me from my Opera.. 9.51 is pretty quick!!

Yes, Epiphany will run on Dingo, if you use the Gnome.sfs mentioned in the first post. I have tried it and it works pretty well.
The thread is here...

And here is a pic with epiphany running....

Epiphany looks sweet but I'm gonna go wtih Opera. I used it on XP and it was slow, but it seems to fly on Puppy. The one thing I don't like about Opera (and I'm getting nit-picky here), is that you can't do full screen with a hide-away panel.
