LOCALIZATION, HELP

Hi there, I just was taking a tour with "dingo" on a live CD, just for see if it ("he") could work in my old notebook AMD 475 MHZ-128 MBram powered (that other distros couldn't), my aim is tos out W98 that at the moment it's the only one OS running in...
I was extremely surprise because it's really fast, It ROCKS!

Now, I would take it more seriously but the problem is that I didn't find a localization for spanish nor Italian... So, the question is: Have I to install puppy and then install scim-bridge-pup4-0.4.15.pet and scim-1.4.7-pup4.pet, and set the language, in order to get a full localizated puppy linux, or this will only localize a part of OS?

Why puppy doesn't have a choise of language directly IN the CD?

I hope there is someone understand my doubt.
