shutdown of enlightenment

#1 Post by welpe »

I solved the shutdown problem in this way:
left click
---> configuration
---> configuration panel
---> menus on the left...application menus on the right
---> show all applications
---> create a new application
---> name :"poweroff" executabel: "wmpoweroff"
---> selected any icon from ~/usr/local/lib/x11/pixmaps or mini icons
and then i dropped down the new application to the desktop shelf...one click and you are out :D
It also works with reboot: executable = "wmreboot"

If anyone find out where to edit the original E17 menus ..please post it here...
i couldnt find it...

I hope the guys from the enlightenment team will find a solution for the menus soon because its a pitty for this wonderful window manager...I
regarded that a lot of programs especially dotpups wont get into the application menu too, and it's laborious to write a new menu for each application..
