Being an Eee 8G owner (whats in a name ehh?) that lil Acer basic linux is way cheap to my $500 7" equivilent. No wonder ASUS pulled the 8G model off the shelves (try to find one NOT on eBay). Must resist buyers remorse, QC is only salvation, maybe the Acer is a cheap POS... I can dream can't I?

Apologies for double-posting, but Really, when HP shuns Vista in their netbook, we all know that M$ is getting a little desparate. Seriously, Vista in a netbook? I am compelled to request the 'educational institution, and academic' sales figures... combined.
