Hello;
I would like to be able to properly "shred" files - i.e. write over them repeatedly with random data, to make them impossible (or at least difficult) to recover. This is recommened practice, of course, before selling or disposing of a HD, etc.
There is a Linux shred command that does this, but it seems that busybox doesn't have it.
If there is not presently a way to do this in Puppy, it might be worth adding.
best regards;
Andrew
