I saw, on Freshmeat, that the developer has released a gnomish version of this game, so thought I'd upload the old version. AFAIK there should be only one library file missing from most pupversions. Luckily, via ttuuxxx & caneri, it's available here:XmGoBang is a simple board game. The aim is to get 5 stones in a row that's all.
The game algorithm itself is rather simple and was never intended to be any good. However it seems to play resonable well, so I never bothered to replace it with anything better.

This file needs to be saved to /usr/X11R7/lib directory.
To run the game, Menu->Fun->XmGoBang, or enter xmgobang in a console.
To alter board size, colours, turn sound effects off etc, open the file /etc/X11/app-defaults/XmGoBang in a text editor & adjust accordingly.
