http://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/dis ... modules-3/

download devx_300.sfs and put it with your pupsave in the /mnt/home directory or it may need to be put in the same folder with pup_300.sfs move it around then reboot and type make in the console if make runs and says somthing like no make file nothing to do or something like that then gcc is installed if not then try try again(move it around again and reboot that is)
Taking Puppy Linux to the limit of perfection. meanwhile try "puppy pfix=duct_tape" kernel parem eater.

@stevenbinion

Yes. It's on a notebook page somewhere in Barry's bungalow. Good luck. ;)

Thanks, I'll just hope that he decides to post it sometime, but I'm not asking him to rush it, I rather he continue what he's been doing with Puppy...

unsquashfs is your friend - to wit, open a terminal and type:

Code: Select all

unsquashfs --help
Download the devx, open a terminal and type:

Code: Select all

unsquashfs -l devx_3.00.sfs > devx.txt
That will write a list of the contents of the devx to a text file for your easy perusal.
