KDE4 for IceWM

So you no longer have to mimick Vista to get a nice theme:

Feedback appreciated. There's still a few things that I will fix here and there, but it's mostly done. Make sure to enable LED clock to get the nice numbers. Also might want to disable CPU Status/Network status since I didn't have time to fix the colours yet.

Hello Albi,
Very Good, the only comment I'll make is that you may get asked to make the font size bigger in the menu from our older Puppy Users. :D

I have a bug with the titlebar in inactive windows.
I use icewm 1.2.29, as the version 1.2.30 from ezpup does not support the Netwm specifications (maybe it was compiled with different options).

Not sure why this would happen :\. This theme uses symbolic links though, try replacing the files starting with titleI by copying the original file instead of having them all be symbolic links. If that doesn't solve it, I'll try repackaging it soon.
