here is the current development release seems to work fine on puppy html documents not sure about on the web since the pc I compiled on has no connection also i upxed the binary so it is smaller with upx --ultra-brute ./lynx here are the compile options
as you can see some of the "experimental" options are enabled so watch out and --enable-scrollbar didn't seem to work otherwize it is easy to compile without a hitch
