Configuring SLiM

Hi guys

This time i call your help to let me know how can i configure SLiM correctly to work under Puppylinux, SLiM is a distro independant login manager, and i need to configure one, so i chose SLiM, can someone help me configure it?, or should i use the X login Manager, or the GTK one?, thx in advace for your replies guys

please provide links to the other login progs if you have them
and the libraries mentioned

Just a thought (I think it was suggested)
Could the screensaver be activated automaticaly (as an option) and used as a login? (that is the xlock icon)?

I just only need to get doinst.sh script to work

It may do everything i need

Grafpup2 has SLiM maybe checking it out will give some ideas or maybe Nathan can give you some pointers.

Can anyone dl SLiM and pre-compile it for me?

I don't have the dev module and i really need a log-in manager
