This is great! I have been trying to catch the screen without loading XPaint for a long time! This will help a lot in generating a manual/help files for Puppy.

Edit: Do I have to compile the libs for this to work? (May be too lazy here, or assuming some people who don't do compiling will be interested...)

yes, handy small tool
What we could need in addition, is a script to resize the screenshot.
I should make a dotpup of my wxBasic-collection soon, that contains such a tool.

No, you don't have to compile.
Just download the dotpup with XFileExplorer and Adie, it includes these libs.

yes, this is a good choice.
I had some problems with the version that comes with puppy 1.0.4, but now I upgraded with the Version2 -DotPup.
Now it seems to be easier to use.
