"No matter, the performance of Puppy has to be one of its main features. The Puppy developers tend to include smaller and high performing applications, but even the Seamonkey web browser opened in approximately two seconds and page rendering was instantaneous. There was no menu lag or screen corruption when moving or resizing windows. Even the manual configuration steps and connecting my winnic was immediate. Rarely have I experienced such performance when using a liveCD."

I really thought this nice of the person to do this, especially after how Lad permitted/ran that prior article, editorial, or whatever. I guess when the cat's away Lobster the mice will play?
I also like how WhoDo went and added several comments down about EZpup. Oh golly! Just dawned upon me I'm writing from that NOW! This 2.17 version is so awesome in and of itself that I gave up my 2.14... and then when I saw EZpup? I was stupified and spellbound by the sheer magnificence of it all. So I cleaned off two partitions on the older computer and placed one for my grandson, and a second for the wife (different wallpapers and names on grub to distinguish) and left the frugal my grandson installed on the 3rd partition for my granddaughter.
Now on my machine I've got it running under LiveCD/pup_save file. I'd much prefer it installed and I guess I'll get to that "someday".
A really great review and we've earned it from there IMHO. I just bet Lad's jaw dropped when he saw that first thing today though! hehe!
Amicalement,

Puppytude (Puppy inspired smiling and good attitude by having computer OS fun again) is inspiring.
