changing colour of icon texts

yeap.. some of the icons texts would disappear when i choose a "wrong" matching background. I would like to know how to change the text colour of desktop icons.

Right click any desktop icon and choose ROX-Filer>Options>Pinboard and you will see options to change foreground and background color of desktop text.
