I know there are a couple different keyboard layouts in Puppy 2.16, but there is no Turkish language support. No Turkish keyboard layout in Keyboard manager, nor is there a Turkish Font selection.
I don't know if I can grab these two files from somewhere, may be ubuntu or another distro, and install them in Puppy.
Is there anyone who can make a dot pup including these files, so that installing them will be a lot easier?
thanks

keyboard wizard
In the newer Puppy, the keyboard wizard should be sufficient to get you going:

If you still need the real keyboard layout, install this dotpup (just click on it).

I think the DejaVu fonts in Puppy should work for you in Turkish out-of-the-box.
You just need to go to the Mouse/keyboard wizard and select the advanced settings, then ass the Turkish layout (and probably a modifier, like ctrl-shift, to change between that and US) and you should be ok.
Note that there are usually font-packs for different languages available, so you can just find the right one for Turkish (try looking on Turkish Linux sites) and then find a package of it.
