Change backround picture? |
|
Puppybackroundesktopimage lets me 'select' it, but there is only a 'quit' button, and when I use that, the image does not change, even after restarting x. What else do I need to do to change the image?

Upgrade from previous version?
If upgrade, from what version?
Running live CD, or HD install?
If HD install, full or frugal?
Which window manager in use?

to change the background, you have to select the picture you want, then click the button called 'stretch' (if you want it to fill the whole screen) and it will change!

Not intuitive, but yes, that worked! Thanks.
