Looks like the puppyfiles.org download server is down (suspended because of "exceeding bandwidth", which meant too many downloads). So I uploaded Puppy Linux's files. Some restrictions: 1. These files should be downloaded each week. (Host says they delete if no downloads per week)  http://www.filefactory.com/f/2f368e8cd2d3d837/
You'll find multiple files there including Puppy 2.14, and of course Puppy Linux 2.15 CE.
