Hello Lawrence, Welcome!

This is for my fellow members because I'm not so sure the hardware for your laptop is up to the task of streaming "todays" YouTube.

On the plus side there are three USB ports, correct?

Is there an OS on there now?

Guessing you picked this up secondhand, how much physical RAM does it have?

Whether you can answer this question is going to tell us a lot about our *potential* time investment.

256 MB of RAM is not enough to run Puppy plus a browser to watch YouTube. It might work somewhat with swap memory, but even then it will be slow.

Do you have a wired connection, wifi, or both available?

You need not continue to quote. We'll know who your response addresses.

One other question: is GParted included with Sugar?

Open a terminal and type: gparted

If there's no response, confirm this in your reply.

Then if you can't install GParted you'll probably need another box to get an ISO onto your stick.

What's available?
