Puppy Linux Forum pass retrieval and new pass gen AWOL

I haven't used the forum in a looong time, but still fascinated with Puppy. I couldn't remember my password and as the subject states, none of the retrieval mechanisms work for using original user. Luckily, I found my original password, as I wouldn't have been able to use my original user, which is kind of a thing with me.

It would probably be a good idea to check that upgrading to a new password works properly, as that is my next thing to do before I start really getting stuck into Puppy.

If I were you I wouldn't try to change my forum password. The forum is old and cranky and doesn't like people changing things. Do you still have the same email address as when you registered for the forum?
