Well, the site works, but it says you have to press "allow", presumably on some page or pop-up, which never comes up.

Hi, I was reading on google about the Puppy Arcade for different versions and I didn't understand is this an emulator that can be instaled on Linux operating system and with him, I can play retro games like Atari, Sega, Nintendo? Can someone explain to me is that possible is this Puppy Arcade is an emulator like RetroArch and snes9x

Puppy Linux is a Linux operating system. This one is a customized version (we call it a Puplet) released by a Puppy user which has a lot of emulators already builtin to play games.
