I was no good with Linux before I found Puppy. Now I have Pizzapup. 8)

But whatever. I guess I could use FreeBSD, but I'm a Puppy person.

I just added some more pets and renamed it to Toon Puppy. It should be out within days.

Sorry to hear that. I'm assuming you tried the KDE packages?

Also, Nathan said he might release a KDE puppy sometime in the (possibly far) future, so don't completely tune out of Puppy-land.

Have fun riding the KDElephant in Mepis-land :)

I want to release Grafpup-2.0 proper before considering the kde build, but I created a prototype aboput two weeks ago. It was around 190MB and contained the full kdebase, kdenetwork, kdepim, and kdegraphics packages. By cutting a few programs I could slim it down, but if you want KDE I assume you have the hardware for it. Ran fast as &%@. What I don't want to do is release something full of bugs, though, so just be patient.

Nathan, want help making a KDE Puppy? I'll assist you because I know a few people who want it and it does run sooo damn fast. Think of KDE loading as fast as JWM. Creepy sh*t right there :)

If you can wait till next week, I can sketch out some of the things that would need to be accomplished, and perhaps show a proof of concept.
