Had same problem in Debian Stretch as well.

I hope that someone else will trial the printing.

No problem, foxpup. It happens to everyone from time to time.

wiak wrote:Hi josejp2424,

I'm finding your distribution really useful, especially since it includes Midori to test and more so even that I can test scottman's package manager on it, which IMO is the most important Puppy-related development in a long time. Like I said, I really hope all the build recipe for this gets pushed to official woof-CE github. I'm basically waiting for that and similar woof-CE additions and then I'll endeavour to modify makepup script to work correctly again...

Cheers, wiak

Printing was no go after setting up in cups and trying to print test page. This printer works with my wife's
Win10 Laptop.
Have you tried this? http://www.openprinting.org/driver/foo2hbpl2?

Good Luck, J

Hi, bunch!

Anybody else has two icons in the tray for the freememapplet_tray utility? (Pls see
attached.) Or is this a quirk from the bmpanel2 tray-and-tasks bar?

Note -- this happens only on startup and only on DPupBuster. The bmpanel2 bar can be
closed and restarted, and on 2nd start, only the freememapplet_tray icon with the +/- X
shape shows up in the tray.

TIA for any ideas.

Hi Guys, Just trying this one out, noticed it didn't have a clipboard manager, So I compiled Glipper Lite and made a system link to to startup so it automatically starts after boot, To run it first you will find it in the utility section of the Menu. Works good and its nice and small :)
