Experiences with zd1211rw driver.

I was pleased to find that my wifi USB adapter worked with the new zd1211rw driver in Puppy 2.14, especially as WPA now works Very Happy

However, I was surprised to find that it only works at 11mb whether I use WPA or no security. The proprietary zd1211b driver I used in Puppy 2.12 gave me 54mb. (I am comparing like for like - the PC and Router haven't moved!)

Its not a major issue as I rarely download large files, but I am just curious to know if anyone else has noticed the same effect.

Hello,

Yes, I am using 3Com 3CRUSB10075 usb wifi adapter (driver zd1211rw) and it works in Puppy 2.14. Its in DHCP and do not use WPA / WEP.

I don't know how to check its speed and the connection range (use it in my flat)

BTW, could you inform how to use zd1211b driver ?
