SubSync

#1 Post by labbe5 »

With so many formats used today (h265, h264, HDTV, etc), there are plenty of subtitles to choose from for each and every tv shows, movies, and a number of them need to be adjusted, and thanks to VLC, it is possible.

But a tool such as SubSync comes handy.

For Linux, there is a snap package.

Synchronization is done by listening to the audio track. Tracks could be of different languages, it will be translated if necessary. Synchronization with another subtitles is also supported. You don’t have to adjust subtitles manually anymore!
