xenialpup64-7.5 CUPS problem

setup>printer>manage printer>page titled CUPS-2.1.3 which contains hypertext but does nothing to config printer. Don't know how I got it.
I need to clear the print queue, can I use Console? thx.

Open your browser, go to

http://localhost:631/

That brings up the CUPS control page. From there you can go to the "JOBS" tab and clear the print queue
