SDL_basic: SDL-based Basic interpreter

This is my SDL_basic program. The idea was to create an environment for my kids to learn how to program in BASIC, like I did around 1976. Only the basic would have cool graphics and sound features built in.
Requires SDL libraries of course. Run from commandline by entering SDL_basic. There are a few sample programs in /usr/share/SDL_basic directory. Once you start the program, try entering:

Code: Select all

load cool
run
exit

The basicSDL site is still up.

Downloads can occur from here. Last revision is 2016 year.

Slacko5.7 and derivatives/spins has libSDL with reletive links.
Not sure if 'new enough' (most dated 3/2014).
