Try the search engine for hplip, and the hp website for a linux driver.

I`ve tried to install it many times but it wont come up on the screen even though its on the menu as an item.When clicked all I get is a yellow bar with wait for borderless moments.
Running frugal on sda1 with puppy 411.

Running frugal 411 on Hardrive.
The setup does not detect the sound card via82..... until I use the wizard.
And then does not seam to save the settings. Have to use wizard every startup.

The Qterminal works okay in 411. I had downloaded QT4.4 first.
When I type ls the directories always come up blue. I want them a slightly brighter green than the rest of the text. Anyway to do this? it seams to be the same in many terminals, or is the problem with bash.

I tried the system again and found an empty box but didnt see the connect bar accross the front.
The modem initialised and I am on the web.
I havn`t tried a full install yet and may wait for the next download.

I booted puppy 4 from cd using pfix=ram
loaded pupdial fix pet from rerwin above and refreshed jwm.
The menu comes up but says
1: No modem detected
2: No /etc/wvdial.conf file
The bootup doesnt seam to initialise modem as no lights flash from the box.
