Ok. I usually span one desktop across multiple screens. (see below)
Im wanting to go to a 6x 1920x1080 monitors.setup, but in order for that to work I'd need eyefinity to work. I know the card I want to buy is capable of it.

Im still not able to get alsa to utilitze multiple threads. Only one application at a time can use alsa. Other programs report that the device is not accessable.
