This test version of Slacko doesn't have PAE, which allows access to all of your memory when the CPU is in 32-Bit mode.

Just tried running a Slacko 593 Frugal on the other NTFS drive and it has the same problem with exceptionally slow booting as I previously reported. The LiveCD installs on the same drive are working perfectly. Very strange!

The BBC B+, which the new Pi is named after, had a whopping 64 kilobytes of RAM. It was the first computer my family owned. How time flies!

Good thing there is a warning to defrag :wink: It may have also been that the Windows session hadn't exited cleanly, still haven't managed to fully fix the PC. Defragging on Win 7 (and presumably 8 ) is automatic now, although you can also do it manually...

Just ran PUI again after deleting the faulty frugal and defragging sda2 in Win7 and now it correctly identifies both of the two Win7 partitions (sda1 and sda2). Ho hum!

Feedback on PUI on the Pentium D. Screens below. Test 4 doesn't comment on the Win7 Pro 64-Bit on install sda2 but does show the 100MB System Reserved partition on sda1.
