But somehow I managed to link enough crap together in order to multi boot in Linspire, Freespire, and Puppy that I cannot remove either one of the drives and have it still boot. I have a ...

Spell Checker on OO

I have been merrily going along, checking my spelling with the spell checker and marveling at the great improvement in my spelling. NO ERRORS, wow, I have really improved. Not so. It seems the spell checker is missing a list of words to compare to!!!!! Whats the solution!!!! Also, isnt there a mo0re...

Why not do it the other way round? Save the attachment to a known location, like /root, then run OO and open the file. That I tried, but I am not given a chance to select where it is downloaded to so then I have to do a search to find it and sometimes I forget to notice the name of the file so a se...

Abiword seems to open .doc files ok for me. When the "default" program is selected, it uses abiword and that just opens a blank screen and crashes there. I have to click on the "_" in the upper right of the screen and when it is on the lower bar I can then right click on it and ...

Well, I thought I had found the solution to a lot of problems. But the first one I tried to follow I found that my file system doesnt look anything like the one depicted in the video. It didnt help me because the first thing it told me to do was to navigate to <.usr_more> That file is not in my file...

Is there an anti virus software for Puppy?

I ask because I received a cryptic message from Ajax.com stating that I was generating some form of virus and that they wanted me to fix it right now or they ware going to ask my ISP to shut me down. Now that really sounds like a hoax to me and not the sane comments of a person I want to be associat...
