You can find the shipping cost just by checking out the items you want in the site shop.
If you have a RTL8188CUS based wireless adapter it should work without problems, it's supported by odroid, I think different chipsets may need extra work to run. James may help you better than me on this

3D - is more or less a solved problem, but: a) It supports only OpenGLES, so if your app isn't OpenGLES compatible it won't work (and most desktop apps are OpenGL, not OpenGLES). b) I have OpenGLES compatible Xorg driver but in my test it doesn't seem to work. I may need to upgrade glibc to do that...

There is something wrong with the nvidia driver, when i get to the wizard and select the 182 driver i get after a whyle a message saying:
module nv does not exist in /proc/modules
module nvidia not found.
