OK a little progress - Have got slmodem k2.4.29 downloaded and installed with country set and the dialup icon on the desktop. The setup accepted ttySL0 as a successful test. I should probably say that this modem is working fine with Win98 SE. I have tried dialing withGK Dial Xeznet and Wvdial - the ...
