It's Puppy 4.1.1
I'm using a Broadcom BCM4318 (Airforce One 54g) built in wireless on my Acer Aspire 3690.

I'm thinking it is a udev issue, considering all the udev error messages I get when booting up. There's just too many of them to list them all, I'm not even sure if I see them all on screen.

Oh yeah. There's some things I like about Ubuntu. I especially liked the package repository and how dependencies are handled on Debian-based Linux systems. Gslapt seems to do that somewhat well when I'm using it here on Puppy, but there are occasions where it doesn't get everything I need. And of co...

OK, so it worked but... with the pup_save file where I'm using the Gnome SFS, I've got a little problem. My wireless card no longer sees networks. I'm fine in my other pup save files though. So, here's the error message I'm getting from the network setup. Error! Failed to raise interface wlan0. Fail...

I figured out what was wrong on my end. We have a router that has a built in content filter. We're filtering out porn, so we don't accidentally stumble across those sites. Well, the way the filter on the router works is I type in certain things for it to look for in URLs, or a whole URL. Well, I blo...

The chat and notifications in the bottom right hand corner of Facebook do not show up in Seamonkey.

Other than that, it loads fine. But I use that chat a lot on Facebook.

Haha, I understand that, I guess.

Now, if I could only get horizontal and vertical scrolling turned off on my touch pad in Puppy 4.1.1...until then, I'm using my USB mouse, and as a graphic designer, when I'm doing work, the mouse works better for me anyway.
