while trying wary 5.1.1, the keyboard (ps/2) disconnects at the beginning of the boot-up process; further input is impossible.

(on the same computer puppy 4.3.1 works fine).

I don't know what ooolilypond is. I use "normal" lilypond (no "ooo").
I experienced problems while trying to use it under Puppy 2.16 and was not able to solve them. Since I moved to Puppy 3.01, lilypond works fine.

The dotpup created by MU installs and, at first sight, seems to work.
Tonight I will do some further testing in order to see if it does not crashes while processing more complicated files (as it did with earlier versions of Puppy).

I am using the "acpi=on/force/strict" trick for a few days now. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Until now I did not find out what is the difference between sessions that shutdown properly and sessions which don't.

I found out that the problem I described yesterday has a very simple solution: delete the /pup_save.2fs file in Windows XP and reboot from the Puppy Live CD.
