No I have not tried Pureflix on xenialpup64

Have not tried Pureflix on xenialpup64.

I assume PureFlix uses widevine for Encrypted Media Extensions.

Been trying to find a small lightwieght browser that uses gtk, and has Encrypted Media Extensions.

Can test it out on netflix test video page.

Any luck with Midori and DRM? : netflix?

I have been looking for a light weight browser, with little
dependencies.

Midori is suppose to be using gtk.

Has any luck getting Midori to run DRM like Netflix?

I am hoping to watch PureFlix.

Basilisk used to support DRM

From Filehorse on Basilisk v2019.09.03 Published 2019-09-03 This is a development, bugfix and security release. Please note that Google Widevine DRM might currently not work in new installations due to Google's licensing model. Looks like it might not support DRM, but not for lack of trying. I gues...

Has anyone had any luck watching Netflix on Basilisk?

I was trying out some browsers on my frugal install. Must of them take up way too much room in XenialPup64. I even tried Firefox, thinking it would not take up so much ram space. I was wrong! But while I had it install, I thought I would try the Netflix test video. In Firefox preferences,I ticked th...

Lightweight brower with DRM?

Thinking about subscribing to Pureflix. So I will be needing a lightweightl browser with DRM. Small, and not needing too many dependencies. My choices look like BASILISK, GNOME WEB (aka EPIPHANY), and VIVALDI. Does GNOME WEB (EPIPHANY) even support DRM? I am using Xenialpup64. What is the install si...

Found on the net, that says one could use grub2.

Supposedly grub2 supports f2fs.

Does xienalpup64 support a flash drive install method, that
uses grub2?

How would I install xenialpup64 to a f2fs flash drive?

Having trouble with flash drives going corrupt.

Am thinking that formatting a flash drive to f2fs might fix the
corrupt flash drive.

Using the universal installer does not work with f2fs format.

How would I install xenialpup64 to a f2fs flash drive?

Would like to install to F2FS flash drive

F2FS file format is designed for flash drives.

You can format the flash drive to F2FS, but the install script will
not install it.

Could you change the script, so you can install Xenialpup64 CE
to a F2FS flash drive?

Very good link.

It jogged my memory.

I think ZFS is what I was thinking of using.

Freebsd server uses ZFS.

What do you think about JFS and BtrFS?

Yes I have a multi-boot computer with windows on it.

I think I have read there are other formats besides
ext3 and ext4 that are more reliable.

But I don't remember what they are.
