As I use (and used before) the same accentuated characters I suppose it has to do with this. Codepage issue?

Interesting topic. I still have an old laptop. Unless I buy a pcmcia ethernet card I can't connect to ethernet. I have fastlink and the corresponding DOS program. Any thought if it would be possible to connect with such a setup to a par-port puppy machine and transfer the necessary files to boot? BT...

Just a pitty I had to register again, my former userid and passw didn't work.
