@Bushbuck Try this version of easytag on xenialpup64-7.5, it works wonderfully for me: easytag-2.2.6-x86_64.pet 248 kb MD5: a383d5e0a862ff2d2f0d59be1badf096 The deps are: id3lib, taglib, wavpack available from ppm if necessary, but they are already in xenial64-7.5, so were not needed. That looks li...

PPM - trouble installing MP3 stuff
Attempting to install MP3 tag editors recently, I've had a "No space on device, exiting" type of error. Being an ex-programmer (and guess what of, dear readers... but one has to eat), I tried changing the place it downloaded to from root (where there was lavish space anyway) to /mnt/sdb1 T...

The art of ID3 tagging
This one is a bit of a "first world problem", but I'd be interested in your suggestions. I got a new MP3 player (more space), and unlike my old one, which would happily list tracks by alphanumeric raw filename, it really needs everything to be tagged up to the hilt, with ID3 V2. Fair enoug...

Does Archos 140 Cesium support Puppy?
A local shop is selling Archos 140 Cesium at a good price, so I'm tempted.
It's got Windows 10 on by default, though. I'd rather use Puppy most of the time, preferably a recent 64 bit one.
Has anyone tried this model with Puppy? Ideally, I'd like to boot it off a Puppy USB stick.

Typing special characters in 64 bit Xenial Puppy (SOLVED)
Back in Tahr Puppy 64 6.0.5, you could get an acute-accented e, by typing "Alt Gr ;" (which generated nothing on screen), and then "e", which generated the accented e glyph. Various other keys near the semicolon switched on other accents and ornaments, in the same way. If I remem...

What to install, to run a script in Javascript?
I've got a script written in Javascript, first line is
#!/usr/bin/env node
Does anyone know the name of what I need to install, to make this run? When I type "javascript" into PPM, I get a long list of things.

How to measure Internet usage for current session only?
Does anyone know which file these figures are stored in?
After I log out (from a fixed connection in Tahr64 6.0.5), and log back in again, I see a cumulative number.
It's useful for the per-month number to be cumulative, but I'd like the per-session to start from zero.
