i've maxed out the volume on all of the mixer programs and on mplayer... but my music is still very very faint... is there a system variable for volume that i can edit and make a lot larger than it currently is?

tcc is a pupget but from what i hear, i there aren't any GUI-based libraries available for puppy to use.

which leads me to believe that most (if not all) development for puppy has to happen in another OS... someone please prove me wrong, because that just sounds so wrong to me =P

if it was his first boot, then there is nothing important in pup001... why not just delete it and start the process over again? (access it via a live cd or whatever)

i downloaded the normal sized puppy in like... less than ten minutes...

and now i'm running on it...

and i was happy to see it did not write an entirely new pup001 and that it kept my pupget(s) (i only have/use one.. tcc)
