Wifi issue is present in some Linux distro's as well. It's resolved by disabling IPV6. Hope it's not the case here.

I am trying to set up xenialdog in my PC. Need the following help, 1. When I do apt get update and upgrade, In the end there is an error message '/boot/initrd.img-4.4.0-59-generic does not exist. Cannot update' 2. How do I disable DOCK in the openbox menu? 3. Firefox ESR is not updated to latest 45....

Hi Fred,
When we are done with an external drive, usually there are two options either unmount it or eject it. Once ejected, we need to unlpug and plug it back again, in case we like to use it again. But in Debiandog this functionality is missing? Can you please think about it?

Hi Backi,
I am not obsessed with copy2ram. If I boot without this option whenever i visit a site in firefox the harddisk light starts blinking i.e. it's writing to disk.

I am booting from hardsidk not usb. Thanks for sfs tip. I guess we need better documentation for Debiandog...

Hi Backi,
No matter what combination I try firefox keeps writing to disk. Only option when firefox is not writing to disk is

linux /live/vmlinuz1 noauto from=/ copy2ram
I may do it all over again and see?

BTW..do you know how to install firewall and libreoffice?

In copy2ram optiion the write to disk should be at the end. But write to disk is happening during the session also. Is there something wrong in this copy2ram statement ?

After 2 hours of browsing net when I shutdown my pc, Debiandog was saving 309 MB. Is this Normal? How can I find the content of the stuff being saved?
I am very new to Debian Dog so may be I am doing something stupid.
