I agree with you that I can update rc.local file and make it point /root to /mnt/hda3 and so on. But I was wondering what is Puppy2 equivalent of PHOME boot parameter which was there in Puppy version 1. Or with new architecture it has been removed?

Unable to use whole partition as my home
Hello folks, I am trying to boot off Puppy from VFAT partition hda1 and want to use hda3 as my home. GRUB is already installed in MBR and I do have other OS on hda1 along with Puppy system files.
