Odoo 8 (was OpenERP) installation
Is there someone who can do an updated sfs for Odoo? The old one did not work for me and taking into account that the version has moved on to 8 I rather would invest the time on a working new installation. Is there someone interested on making Odoo 8 sfs package or work together on getting this done...

WLAN partly fixed by copying over the wpa_supplicant.conf from network-setup folder to /etc From there the GUI gets its configuration. I do not know why the system does not use the same wpa_supplicant.conf or why the GUI setup does not work for me. I still have to make dhcp work, though. P.S.: I lik...

How to automatically fsck an encrpyted save file?
I would like to have my encrypted save file automatically being checked on boot or shutdown. What is the reason that an encrypted save file (heavy encryption) is not checked on bootup even though I added pfix=fsck on the kernel boot line? I understand, there is a workaround solution available as doc...

pet version via debs, now looking for compilation help
For reference only: This was the former first posting of this thread and is moved here, for reference only. The pet package of jemimah does a better job in terms of size, if you do not need PGP. For a claws-mail 3.7.10 pet for Lucid Puppy 5.28 use the posted pet in the first posting instead. Old po...

Re: claw-mail compilation error
It built ok for me on Racy. I think you should not install the gtk_DEV pets. The ones you need are already in the devx. Quirky. I have re-tested the compilation once again. Now with the easiest setup. New racy, setup save file, rebooted and setup devx.sfs, rebooted with only racy's devx sfs loaded....
