The old one did not work for me and taking into account that the version has moved on to 8 I rather would invest the time on a working new installation. I would like to have my encrypted save file automatically being checked on boot or shutdown. What is the reason that an encrypted save file (heavy encryption) is not checked on bootup even though I added pfix=fsck on the kernel boot line? If not solved by the previous poster's remark, I assume the issue is caused by the double single-quotes '' at the beginning and end of the filename, if I read your post correctly. There should be only one.

It built ok for me on Racy. I think you should not install the gtk_DEV pets. The ones you need are already in the devx. Quirky. I have re-tested the compilation once again.
