I suspect that VLC does not work in Tazpuppy because it does not work in Slitaz.

VLC requires QT5. Slitaz does not support QT5. On the forum at Slitaz one of the users has stated that VLC can be used from the command line.

I downloaded the printer drivers for my Canon TS-3122 pixma printer from Cannons website as I had done for the previous installation. Unfortunately I did not save a copy of the Candi tool. I need it to get a working in...

Iron in dpup

I have downloaded and installed on Dpup-Stretch 7.5CE the Iron browser version 72 from the developers web site. I created a script in /usr/bin named iron. #!/bin/sh exec -a "$0" /usr/share/iron/chrome-wrapper --user-data-dir=/root/.config/iron --no-sandbox --disable-infobars --ppapi-flash-...

yes of course.
Those 2 icons dont keep the menu when right clicking. You need to keep the mouse button pressed.
Not so on my setup. I can release the mouse button and the context menu remains "up". I wonder why the difference between your experience and mine.

No, when you right click those icons, the menu doesnt stay up.
You need to keep the mouse right button pressed to keep the menu.
On my setup, right clicking icon results in pop up menu which does stay up until something is selected.
