There are three devices in the Multiple Sound Card Wizard. 1. card 0: HDMI [HDA Intel HDMI], device 4:HDMI 0 2. card 0: HDMI [HDA Intel HDMI], device 7:HDMI 1 3. card 0: HDMI [HDA Intel HDMI], device 8:HDMI 2 Under Precise5.7.1, HDMI 2 was selected based on the info from xrandr and the sound works. ...

HDMI Sound Fail on HP Probook 450
After switching to the sound card HDMI port, there is no sound from the TV under tahr6.0.5. Under Precise5.7.1, sound works from the TV on the same HP Probook 450. Any assistance is much appreciated. Thanks.[/list]

Dell Inspiron 15 USB Boot Fail
After searching for Puppy files, "puppy_precise_5.7.1.sfs not found" shows up. The Dell setting was changed to "Legacy Boot Mode. Secure Boot Off" for usb boot. The same usb flash can boot up on HP ProBook 450. Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks.[/quote]

Lucid Puppy 5.2 Gnome-mplayer:
Chinese subtitle .srt displays with garbled text using simhei.ttf and Big5 setting. It is the same problem on VLC 1.0.6.
The same .srt works on XP VLC 1.1.4 and Vista MPC. How can this problem be fixed? Thanks.
