@ runtt21 Hiya, still persevering here, Okay, this time i ran the live CD, (& just let it run it's course :) it booted to the desktop, everything working, internet connected, no screen blackouts, no flickering, played with it all afternoon, installed Chrome, still no probs, seemed rock solid ......
