I usually give mines away or if possible sell them. Am still trying to rid myself of this eMac 1GHz, 1GB ram, cd/dvd-rw. I told a friend in Mississippi he could have it due to his financial situation.

I don't know what gives you folks the warm & fuzzies but helping out folks does me fine.

alienjeff is #puppylinux irc's 'jihad jane'. He cries out for help and in exchange we keep on with the usual business. Not realizing his call for help. So he is upset at the world or a minority group or two.. he continues to join #puppylinux and provides help though is behavior can be irrational. We...

I can't say that I've noticed you on the forum but congrats on creating the software as well as the distro variant along with the domain, etc.. !!!

Hopefully others give it a spin and check it out even though it is oriented towards evangelism. Good choice with the opera web browser for sure :)

Told you so....

Every time I happened to try and gain attention for puppy it was usually positive. But reading distrowatch weekly it seems as those "wanna be leaders" have again failed. That's not to say that puppy does not have some great people working in and around it but the fact remains those that wa...

DotPup-Downloader

Well, long ago I along with the help of others accomplished this feat. It did not include gpg but the md5 file integrity check was built-in to dotpups back then and I would think that .pet files would as well. The devel files can be found in the cutting edge part of the forum directly here: http://w...

The Communist Are Just Wild About Obama

It seems that many black folks in this country, not grasping the real issues in this most recent election, have simply swooned over Barack Obama, voting for him because of his skin color--something they would accuse us whites of being racists for doing--but for them its okay. The horrendous double s...

Thoughts on browsers

I am upset at the firefox team for their "safety" implementation in version 3.xx It has to do with showing a red url bar with a slash through the padlock. While I have not upgraded to version 3.xx I did upgrade to the latest 2.xx version and it has this feature as well. Some folks told me ...

Bruce B. made a valid point in that the states had to be re-admitted back into the union. Furthermore, one only has to look at West Virginia to see that secession is very legal otherwise yankee doodle lincoln would have not recognized it as a separate entity. Why does legality keep making a come bac...

I guess after I mentioned the Declaration of Independence you seen that your secession argument was flawed.. I cannot imagine why you would try to paint me as a conspiracy theorist. If we look back deep enough we see the trend of false flag terror being used to justify wars. And back to slavery, it ...
