On the libcurl.so.4, I definately have it, so I don't know what it means by version info. I also have the libjpeg....

It occurs to me that one might wonder, since I don't really like the President... why defend him? I guess in order to answer that, I should explain why I don't like the guy. It has nothing to do with him publicly. Obviously he's an accomplished businessman and those talents may very well prove to be...

This may or may not be relevant... It feels relevant to me, but indirectly I guess.... The New York Times has just retracted it's claim that 17 American intelligence agencies have agreed that the 2016 election was hacked or attempted to be hacked by the Russians: https://www.rt.com/viral/394821-nyt-...

Quite likely when you read about all all the secrets that new MPs discover the first time they enter the House. You only read that there are secrets not what those secrets are. I'm sure that there's some truth to that, but I also thing there are some very ordinary issues that contribute to this. I ...

Since when has ANY politician listened to their consituents?? I think it goes in waves back and forth between arrogance and humility. I think politicians from all sides very often go into public survice with good intentions and motivations, only to be corrupted by an insular power culture that bree...

Woo the internet is slow tonight, must be that thing. Surely it was TV and fake news that propelled Mr Trump into office in the foist place? America was ripe for it. I propose a ban on box sets, boxes of chocolate, Netflix and computer systems except for bulletin boards. And a time machine in which...

I'm just pleased to see your kid's had a well-rounded education.....and from the looks of things, home-schooling has agreed with him. Those are some damn fine grades. He can hold his head up high.....and so can the pair of you , for taking the decision in the first place. Well done, all of you..! A...

Musher0, I enjoyed your comments. I have a great dislike for my country's two-party system. I have been watching the Dems and Repubs point the finger at each other for decades while behind the scenes they work together through the campaign finance laws to prevent any viable third-party options from ...

..there is no excuse for our POTUS not understanding and knowing the rules of engagement concerning foreign nation(s) contact. Did he violate that during the election? Yes, in probably every way imaginable. Does it make him impeachable and/or a criminally negligent in any way. I don't think there's...

Just an Objection, Don't Mind Me
I don't usually do politics but... I'm kinda tired of hearing the word, "collusion." Improper secret agreement between two or more entities, to defraud or deprive others of their property or rightful share, or to otherwise indulge in a forbidden, illegal, or illegitimate activity. Read mor...
