What was the name of the theme? Make sure you only use themes that are in the MP511-themes.pet. If the .pet doesn't start with MP511 you cant run the theme without running edje_convert on it first and parts of it will be messed up like the setting panel. If it's an old theme like night-bling or grun...

I have installed the red themes, but when I scroll down the list they are is some text where there is normally a small picture/icon showing the wallpaper used in the theme (by default) there is a blank space, so I click it anyway & clicked apply - nothing changed. They looked great in sneekylinu...

Midori - YouTube

For some reason Midori is unable to sign in to my YouTube account, but so long as I do not try to do this it works fine & other browsers do not have the same problem.

At last eye candy for lupup.

Just one question - why is mute set by default on so many of the mixer options?

I wanted to install this alot more than anyother puplet but the stormy weather kept cutting the power for about a minute at a time.

How do you connect to the internet - ethernet & the usb antenna recommended by sneekylinux aren't recognized.

But the sound work on my HP Compaq dc7600 - it didn't for Fluppy 005 (I won't mention 006 problems).

Sound

I have always had a problem with Puppy & the internal speakers in my laptop (Toshiba Satellite L30-101) so I had to plug in an external speaker in the headphone socket, but Fluppy 005 sorted it. Now with my new (to me) PC (HP Compaq dc7600 Small Form Factor) none of the Puppy audio drivers work ...

I am glad that somebody else has found this problem as thought it may have been with the new sd card that I was using. When I downloaded & installed a program it worked when the live session was on but after trying to start a new live session with the save file from the day before it just didn't...

I am surprised that NoSquint or Cute Menus (there are 3 different versions) wasn't included in Firefox instead of setting the minimum font so high. But I can easily add them. I do not recommend testing this puplet in Virtual Box as all the internet browsers crashed on me - Midori & Firefox (defa...

I tried this puplet in Virtual Box but it crashed just after I selected the type of mouse I have for this computer ps/2. I was running no other programs apart from this & I had about 60Gbs of hard drive space left. The computer I am using is a HP Compaq dc7600 3.0Ghz single core processor, a 77G...

OpenOffice 3.3 (dev)

First of all I love this puplet, but it is still a beta so there are problems. In the first beta OpenOffice 3.3 (dev) crashed after you reached the menu for the different applications & tried to create a new text document from the menu screen. Now it in the second beta it crash after the registr...

I would use and test it. Have you queried ftp uploading site for all your Lucid Puppy pets ? It would be useful and helpful for all Lucid Puppy users. People could install all wanted pets at the same time. Yes smokey01 has kindly allowed me to upload files to his site. 8) http://www.smokey01.com/st...

Re: Red Shift

Is there a pet file for Red Shift? I have it working in Ubuntu 10.04 but not in Fluppy 005. Try this: http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=57179 (the other user said that it worked) If this solution did work, please edit your first post and add "Solved" to the title. Thank you...

Browser Linux?

The one thing about this thread that surprises me is the no one has suggested Browser Linux. Not the latest versions using beta versions of Firefox, as it is difficult to get all my favourite extensions to work as it is a beta version. Just add the pet files as the school pup team in Hungary (Englis...
